South Asia Power Electronics Conference (SAPEC) 2027
An IEEE PELS Industry-Oriented Flagship Conference fostering collaboration between researchers and industry leaders.
About the Conference
The South Asia Power Electronics Conference (SAPEC) is an industry-oriented flagship conference of the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS), designed to foster strong collaboration among industry, academia, startups, and policymakers.
South Asia is experiencing rapid growth in electrification, renewable energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure. In this dynamic landscape, SAPEC serves as a dedicated platform to address the region’s unique challenges and emerging opportunities in power electronics.
SAPEC is envisioned as a strategic, industry-driven conference uniquely positioned to support a rapidly industrializing region. By emphasizing real-world applications, deployment experiences, and cross-sector collaboration, SAPEC aims to accelerate innovation and bridge the gap between research and industrial practice.
Through this approach, SAPEC will contribute significantly to IEEE PELS’ mission of advancing power electronics for the benefit of society.
